Hi Guys! Come on in and see what I’m doing today! I’m making flowers with the We R Memory Keepers Flower Punch Board.

I know, I know, the Flower Punch Board has been out for a few years. But . . . it’s winter . . . and it’s cold . . . and dark . . . and dreary . . . I need some flowers to brighten up my kitchen. You know, a little spring in winter . . . So, I thought I’d dust off this punch board and bring in a little color . . .
The Flower Punch Board comes with two tools – a scoring tool and a petal curler – that fit inside the board.
One of the best things about WRMK punch boards is that the instructions are printed ON THE boards – they are also color coded – which helps distinguish one step from another.
Step 1 & 2: Choose the size of flower you want and cut the paper to the size needed. This one is an XXS flower, so I cut the paper to 1 3/4” x 6”.
Step 3 & 4: Line the paper up along the Vertical line and Punch – then score along the Diagonal line.
Step 5: Move the paper to the left and line up with the flower size (this one is XXS) and score along the Vertical and Diagonal lines. Continue until you get to the right edge.Check this out . . . The size line peeks out of the top of the punch cut – it helps line the petals up so they’re straight.
Fold along all the score lines, gather them together, and glue the tab on the far left to the petal on the far right.
I made a flower in each size – above are 3” XXS, 4” XS, and 5” S. Notice how the petals change as the flowers get bigger.
Above is 6” M, 7” L, and 8” XL.
This is the 9” XXL.
I curled all the petals down – you get a totally different look if you curl the petals up.
As I said earlier, I’m making flowers – I used a XXS, S, L, and XXL to make my flowers. I also used the WRMK Flower Stem Kit – this is so, so easy to use. I saw somewhere that someone thought the stem kit was pricey – but you get a lot in a kit (10) and you can reuse them.
There are four pieces for each stem shown above.
It is so easy to assemble – Insert the screw through all the layers – Thread it through the smaller piece on the back – Screw on the long shaft – Push the stem into the shaft. Voila! You have a stem!!
Here are my pretty flowers – yeah, it was night when I took the picture, but they sure brighten up the room! You can make a flower and put it on top of a gift, too. Wouldn’t that be pretty???
