Hi Guys! Come on in and see what I’m doing today! I’m making an Anniversary Shaker Card. It’s a Cricut Make It Now project AND it is also another shaker card.
Lovin’ those shaker cards, lol. Above is the inspiration for my card. I know . . . it’s a gift tag – but why not make it a card??
Above are the pieces for my card. The “happy Anniversary” is cut out of vinyl – this is the first time I’ve used vinyl on a card – worked really good. For the hearts, I used Close To My Heart (CTMH) Cotton Candy, Cranberry, Canary, Sweet Leaf, Glacier and Gypsy cardstock for the small hearts. I used CTMH Slate cardstock for my card base, and CTMH White Daisy for the card layers. I also used a We R Memory Keepers photo sleeve to make the shaker pocket.
This is the We R Memory Keepers Photo Sleeve Fuse tool to seal the shaker pocket.
Here is my finished card. I used a scrap of ribbon and added a bow to the card, and some silver polka dotted washi tape across the top. Isn’t it so pretty??? This was another REALLY FUN card to make!!
Hey, if you’d like to see some of my other projects, check out my Instagram and Pinterest board, and I would LOVE it if you would follow me.
As always, I’m Livin’ the Moments . . .
