This is my first blog post, so . . . I live on a lake in northeast Indiana. It is 3-something miles around. This morning I took my first walk around it of the year. It is 55 degrees, foggy, and wet.

oh. so. wet. This is to be expected in April, of course. However, I and my hair do not like spring dampness. As a matter of fact, my hair grows measurably with the air’s moisture level.

Anyway, Sage, my dog, and I walked around the lake this morning, and it was beautiful. The fog over the water made it look otherwordly, it’s so quiet and calm. This is where I feel at peace with the world.

A little about me – I am a crafter. I have tried all sorts of crafts – counted cross stitch, sewing, cake decorating, knitting, crocheting, paper crafts, smash books, planners, etc. Currently, I am obsessed with cardmaking.

With crafting, comes a whole lot of stuff. Stuff needs to be organized . . . therefore, I am always looking for ways to organize the “stuff.” I have a ScrapRack, various Ikea storage units, and several planners, in an effort to keep myself and my “stuff” organized.

In this blog, I will share my adventures with you. Maybe you’ll learn something through my triumphs and my failures.

As always, I am Livin’ the Moments . . .
